Mailbox size limit exceeded

  1. To check your mailbox storage, log in to Westnet Webmail.
  2. Select Settings.

  3. Your mailbox storage will be shown next to Quota.

    Please note: This display will only update after you have logged out and logged back in to Webmail.

Connect to WiFi on iPhone and iPad (Apple iOS)

These instructions will work for Apple iOS 6 and later. Screenshots have been taken using iOS 7.

Connect to WiFi on Mac OS

  1. In the upper right-hand corner of your screen, click the Wi-Fi icon and select Turn Wi-Fi On.

  2. Clicking the Wi-Fi icon will now bring up a list of available WiFi networks. Select your network name (SSID) from this list.

Connect to WiFi on Windows 7

  1. On your desktop, click the Network icon in bottom right-hand corner of your screen. This will bring up a list of available connections.

  2. Find the name (SSID) of your WiFi network and click on it.
  3. Ensure Connect Automatically is ticked and then click the Connect button.

Only someone listed on the account as a Billing contact (account holder) may authorise a change in ownership.
