Remote Access allows you to control your Call Waiting, Call Forwarding & Call Control services from a remote location*.

For example; before you left home, you might have wanted to forward your calls to your mobile, but forgot. With Remote Access, it's not too late!

To activate this service, call Westnet on 13 19 60 or log into MyAccount.

When using Remote Access, you are permitted one change per call.
