Cancel your mobile plan in MyAccount

You must provide at least 7 days’ notice to cancel the service. If you cancel with less than 7 days before your next billing cycle, your cancellation will occur at the end of the next billing cycle.

 

  1. Log in to MyAccount.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select the + (plus) icon next to Other Mobile Service Options to expand the options.

  4. Select Cancel Service.

  5. You'll see a summary of the plan being cancelled. Read through carefully and then check the box to agree to the terms and conditions.

  6. Click Submit to lodge your cancellation request. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your billing cycle (or the following billing cycle, if your next cycle begins in less than 7 days' time). You can keep using your Westnet mobile service until your cancellation is complete.
