APN for Mobile Services

Most smartphones will be able to automatically figure out your APN based on the carrier of your SIM card, and you won't need (or be able) to adjust this setting. If you can't get online, please check for a guide here.

Appendix - Legacy Optus settings

This information is only for legacy Westnet mobile services powered by the Optus network.

Mobile Broadband

If required, the authentication protocol is CHAP and the Access number is *99# for all providers and services listed here.

You may also need to enter your Mobile Broadband username and password to get online.
