Receiving Correspondence From Westnet via Email
Each Westnet account has a correspondence email address which Westnet will use to contact you via email. Invoices, receipts, announcements, alerts and/or newsletters from Westnet will be sent to this address.
When you join Westnet, your correspondence email address will automatically be set to your primary Westnet email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) however you may choose to provide a different email address such as a Hotmail or Yahoo email address.
It is recommended that you set your correspondence email address to an address you check regularly. If you wish to change your correspondence email address, please follow these steps:
- Log into the MyAccount service with your Westnet username and password.
- Click edit contact details on the left hand side menu
- Change the email address that you would like correspondence sent to in the Email field provided.
