Cancelling your services can be requested by an authorised contact calling our Accounts team on 1300 855 006.
We regret to advise that suspension of Broadband accounts is not available due to the nature of this service.

Temporary cancellation is recommended when wishing to deactivate your account for a short period of time (i.e. going on holidays, relocating premises etc).
