Understanding your telephone provider's phone bill can be a confusing and exhausting task, but not with Westnet Phone!

Your Account Summary

This page shows a summary of all the charges and adjustments on your account and any payment information which may apply

1. Phone Recurring Monthly Charges 5. Adjustments
These are the charges which continue on a monthly basis on your account. Line rental and product charges appear here. If an adjustment has occurred to any calls or charges on a previous bill, they will be summarised here.
2. Call/Usage Charges 
6. GST Included
This is the amount charged for calls made from all of your phone services. It will include any calls which remain unbilled since your last invoice. This is the total amount of GST included in the bill.
3. Other Charges
7. Payment Information
This includes one-off charges like connection fees. It may also include any one-off credits which occur on your account. This section tells you how your account will be paid.
4. Internet Recurring Monthly Charges
These are the charges which continue on a monthly basis on your account.

Service Details

This is where we detail the charges for your service, or if you have more than one service, each service individually.

This section shows any recurring charges on each line and the dates
to which they apply. Your first phone bill will include a charge for the
remaining period of your first month, to bring you in line with Westnet's
calendar month billing cycle.

If any connection fees apply, they will be shown here. This section shows any recurring charges for your internet.
3. Call/Usage Charges
A summary of the different types of calls made on each service.

Call Details

This is where we detail the charges for your service, or if you have more than one service, each service individually.

1. Your Call Details
Details of the calls made will be listed here and separated into sections for each call type. Local calls and calls to 13 numbers will only be itemised if requested in MyAccount.

Adjustments and Discounts

If a correction has been made to the price of a call which was billed in a previous invoice, the details will be shown here. Each call adjusted will be listed here. Discounts which are built into the prices shown throughout the bill are summarised in the Discounts section. This shows the total amount of discount included in the bill and what the discount is for.

If a correction has been made to the service which was billed in a previous invoice, the details will be shown here.

Advance Items

For customers who have a full phone service with Westnet, you may notice an Advance item in your Monthly Recurring Charges section. Put simply, Advance items are your monthly plan fees billed for the calendar month in advance.

When you join full phone with Westnet, your first invoice will be issued on the 1st of the next calendar month after joining. This invoice will include your plan fee (line rental) from the date you joined until the 1st of the month, and then your plan fee in advance for the next calendar month.

Each subsequent invoice for Westnet Phone will include your plan fee in advance for the next calendar month.

Please note: Plan fees are billed in advance and call/usage details are billed in arrears. Plan fees do not apply to Preselection only customers.
