You may signup to Westnet Phone online by visiting the Westnet Phone website or by calling Westnet Phone on 1300 786 067.
Please note that to signup to Westnet Phone, the telephone line must be in your name or you must be an authorised representative of the telephone account holder. We also recommend that you check your agreement with your current telephone line provider just in case penalties could be incurred with moving your service to Westnet.
By clicking "Accept" on the online signup pages or by agreeing to the conditions during an over-the-phone signup, you are agreeing that you are the telephone account holder or have the telephone account holder's permission to mobify the service.
The standard time frame for either transferring your full phone service to Westnet, or simply preselecting your National, International and Fixed to Mobile calls with Westnet, is 3 to 5 working days.
In some cases this time period can be longer (up to 10 days). This is delay is unfortunately outside Westnet's control however your phone service will continue to work as normal, with your previous provider, until the changes take effect.
