Billed Calls
To view the details of your billed calls, please follow these steps:
- Log into the MyAccount service with your Westnet username and password.
- In the Phone section, click the Invoices link. You will then have the option of viewing invoices by month or viewing all invoices for the desired year.
- Once you have navigated to the desired month, each invoice will display the Billing Period and the total number of calls made per Call Type. By clicking the More button next to each Call Type, you will be able to view the details of each individual call made.
If you wish to download (save) the invoice in PDF format so that you may print it or keep it for your records, simply click the
button found within each Phone Invoice section.
Unbilled Calls
To view the details of your unbilled calls for the current month, please follow these steps:
- Log into the MyAccount service with your Westnet username and password.
- In the Phone section, click the Unbilled Calls link. A summary of all unbilled call usage since your last bill will be displayed.
Usage will be displayed in chronological order by default however you can sort by Duration, Number Dialled, Destination and Charge by clicking the appropriate column heading link.
You also have the option of searching unbilled call details by Phone Number and Call Type by using the search feature at the top of the page.
