Westnet Full Phone Services

To transfer your full phone service to another provider, you must contact the telephone provider that you wish to be with and request that they move your service away from Westnet.

To completely disconnect your full service telephone line, please contact the Accounts Team on 1300 855 006.

Please note: Disconnection fees may be incurred if you have bundled internet and phone services with Westnet therefore it is recommended to contact us prior to moving your service away to determine if such fees will apply.

Westnet Long Distance Only Services

To transfer your long distance only (preselection) service to another provider, you must contact the telephone provider that you wish to be with and request that they move your service away from Westnet.

Please note: Disconnection fees may be incurred if you have bundled internet and phone services with Westnet therefore it is recommended to contact us prior to moving your service away to determine if such fees will apply.
