For customers who are paying their Westnet account by Credit Card and Direct Debit, you have two billing choices about when the deduction for your Westnet Phone invoice will occur:

  • During the first 10 days of each month; or
  • On or after the 11th day of each month.

During the First 10 Days of Each Month

Customers should choose this option when they want to pay for their phone service in the same transaction as their internet service (if applicable). If you pay for your internet on a 3, 6 or 12 monthly basis, then your phone invoice will be deducted every month except when your internet is due, at which time both invoices will be deducted together.

Please note: If you have a bundled internet and phone service with Westnet, payment for both services would be processed during the first 10 days of each month.

On or After the 11th Day of Each Month

This option is for customers who wish to have a little more time to check their phone bill before the transaction occurs. You will have a transaction processed during the first 10 days of the month for your internet fees (if applicable) and then a separate transaction for your phone invoice on or after the 11th day of the month.

Please note: If you have a bundled internet and phone service with Westnet, payment for both services would be processed during the first 10 days of each month.

Please be aware that Westnet is unable to provide specific days or dates, in advance, for when payments will be processed. Should you wish to enquire as to when your payments will be processed, we strongly recommend contacting the Westnet Accounts Team on 1300 855 006 or via email at accounts@westnet.com.au prior to the 1st of each month.

Changing the Billing Option of Your Westnet Phone Service

To change your Westnet Phone billing option, please follow these steps:

1. Log into the MyAccount service with your Westnet username and password.
2. In the Phone section, click the Billing Options link.
3. Select when you would like payment of your phone invoice to occur - During the first 10 days of each month or On or just after the 11th day of each month.
4. Click the Submit button.

Other Payment Methods

For customers who have been approved to pay for their Westnet Phone service by payment methods other than Credit Card or Direct Debit, an email will be sent to the correspondence email address on your Westnet account on the 1st of the month, advising that your bill is available to view online.

You will need to log in to the MyAccount service to view your Westnet Phone invoice cost and call details. Payment should then be made in the usual manner.

Please note: For customers who require paper-based notification via the post each month, a $3.30 per month administration fee may apply.
