3-Way Chat is available on most phones. If you are on a call, use 3-Way chat to add another caller to your phone conversation.
To activate this service, call Westnet on 13 19 60 or log into MyAccount.


In order to view this guide, you will need "Adobe Acrobat Reader"

Please note: This article is about 3-Way Chat for Westnet Phone bundled with a Broadband2+ (ULL) service. If you have standard Westnet Phone, please click here.

To put existing call on hold and make a new call

Then to 3-Way Chat

To split a 3-Way Chat (this will put one call on hold) and to switch between calls

To hang up on one call and return to the call on hold

Touchfone 400

If you have a Telstra Touchfone 400 phone with feature buttons:

To put existing call on hold and make a new call then to 3-Way Chat

To split a 3-Way Chat or switch between callers

Additional Information

When using the 3-Way Chat function on your phone, Call Waiting will not work. You can still use some Call Forward functions if you activate them.

The third caller can be a new caller arriving via Call Waiting.
