To deactivate your internet service, please contact the Accounts Team on 1300 855 006 between the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 6.30am - 6.00pm (AWST)
Saturday: 7.00am - 5.00pm (AWST)

You may request to have your Westnet account deactivated immediately, or on a specific date.

We regret to advise that reimbursement will not be given should you wish to deactivate your service part way through any billing period.

Additional service cancellation fees may apply. Please check with us when you call.

Important Information for Broadband Internet Accounts

We regret to advise that suspension of Broadband accounts is not available due to the nature of this service.

Information regarding Transfers and Cancellation Fees can be found in Westnet's Broadband1 and Broadband 2+ Terms & Conditions.

Important Information for Dialup Accounts

Temporary cancellation is recommended when wishing to deactivate your account for a short period of time (i.e. going on holidays, relocating premises etc).
