What is Net2FTP?

Net2FTP is a web based FTP client. It allows you to manage the files on your website from right inside your web browser instead of requiring you to install a seperate FTP program. Using it you can upload, edit, move, copy, rename and delete files.

What details do I need for Net2FTP?

The details you'll need to use Net2FTP can be found on your Hosting Completion email. If you don't have these details they can be sent out to the correspondence address on file on request. Please call 1300 137 480 or email us at domains@westnet.com.au if you'd like to have them resent.

Does it cost anything to use Net2FTP?

Net2FTP is a free service for all Westnet Hosting customers. Please note that the Net2FTP client provided will only access servers within the Westnet Hosting web cluster.
