When you delete messages and contacts, the file is moved to the Trash folder. You can recover files from the Trash by moving them into another folder.
Messages left in the Trash may be automatically purged, in which case you cannot recover them.
When an email is deleted using the Delete button it is moved to the Trash folder.
Emails may be recovered from this folder in the same way as emails are moved between folders by:
- Opening the Trash folder
- Select the emails you wish to recover
- Drag & Drop the email to another folder such as the inbox
Alternatively:
- Select the tick-box next to the email you wish recovered
- Click on the Move icon
- Select the destination folder and click OK to move the email.

- Click on the Move to... drop-down box
