One calendar is created for you, and you can create additional calendars to keep track of different type of functions. For example, you can create a calendar for work, for personal, and for company activities, you can subscribe to a calendar that is available on the Internet, and you can link to calendar that is being shared.
To create a calendar
Select the tab.
Click located above the folder list.
Type the name of the calendar, select a colour to display the Calendar activities. If you do not want the calendar activities to be viewed by others, check Exclude this calendar when reporting free/busy times.
You can synchronise appointments from remote calendar by checking the box and entering a URL.
Click .
Importing your iCal calendar
You can import iCal calendars that are saved in the .ics format.
Go to , .
Under Import/Export click *Browse* to locate the .ics file to import.
Click . If you want to add your calendar to an existing calendar, select the calendar to import into. Or you can create a new calendar.
Depending on the size of the .ics file, the import may take a few minutes.
Exporting your iCal calendar
You can export your calendars.
Go to , .

Select the calendar to export. Click .
Select where to save the .ics file and click OK.

You can use the view the see two or more of your calendars side-by-side.

Click edit above the calendar list located on the left hand side of the screen.
Type the name of the calendar, select a colour to display the Calendar activities. If you do not want the calendar activities to be viewed by others, check Exclude this calendar when reporting free/busy times.
By default Checked in UI is enabled. Activities for this calendar will display when you open the Calendar view. If you do not want to see this calendar along with the other calendar, uncheck the box. In that case, to see this calendar's activities, you select the calendar and open it.

To subscribe to another calendar
Select the tab.
In the Calendar Overview pane, click edit. The default calendar information is displayed.
In the toolbar, click .
Type the name of the calendar, enter a valid iCal file URL for the remote calendar, select a colour to display the Calendar activities.

To Link to a Shared Calendar
Select the tab.
In the Calendar Overview pane, click edit. The default calendar information is displayed.

Type the name of the calendar
Enter the Owner's email address, and the calendar name as set by the owner.
Type the name of the calendar, select a colour to display the Calendar activities. If you do not want the calendar activities to be viewed by others, check Exclude this calendar when reporting free/busy times.
By default Checked in UI is enabled. Activities for this calendar will display when you open the Calendar view. If you do not want to see this calendar along with the other calendar, uncheck the box. In that case, to see this calendar's activities, you select the calendar and open it.

You can import iCal calendars that are saved in the .ics format.

In the Calendar Overview pane, click edit. Then select the calendar you wish to import the iCal calendar into.
Click Browse to locate the .ics file to import.

Exporting your iCal calendar
You can export your calendars.
Select the tab.
In the Calendar Overview pane, click edit. Then select the calendar you wish to export the iCal calendar from.
Click on the link following Export to .ICS:, select where to save the .ics file and click OK.
This feature is unavailable in Webmail Mobile. You can only view appointments already created.
