If you have a screen resolution lower than 1024 * 768 you will only be able to use the Lite client. The Webmail client will automatically detect your screen resolution and if it is less than 1024 * 768, you will be switched to the Lite client. If you go on to select the Plus client (once logged into the Lite client) the page will reload but will still remain in the Lite client. If you wish to gain access to the Webmail Plus client you will need to increase your screen resolution to at least 1024 * 768.
The different versions of Webmail have different specifications. Choosing the right version for you is key to having the best email experience possible.
