MyEmail
Westnet has just released a new email platform which means that you'll soon be enjoying a more complete, enriched and innovative email experience.
All Westnet members are being transferred via a compulsory migration in stages over to our brand new email platform (commencing April 2008) as it will be replacing the existing MyEmail platform which you currently use.
Trial Participants
Westnet members who are currently on the Trial and would like to;
- access their email via an email client (Mac Mail, Vista Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.)
or
- access the Anti-SPAM section of their email account
will need to follow the instructions located here.
Webmail
Webmail allows you to check your Westnet email account from any computer with access to the internet. Perfect for travelling, or if you regularly access your email from multiple locations.
What's great about the new service is that it is designed to make your email more intuitive and easier to use, enhancing your email experience. You will be able to do all the things you currently do, plus a whole lot more.

MyEmail Plans and Pricing
Westnet have also introduced two seperate MyEmail plans.
Those members who are subscribed to Email Protection automatically get placed on the Advanced plan which offers additional WebMail services to them at no extra cost.
If you don't have Email Protectionyet or are subscribed to only Anti-SPAM or Anti-Virus protection, you can upgrade your account to Email Protection by simply calling the Accounts Team on 1300 855 006. For only $30 per year it gives you all of the benefits the higher level 'Advanced' plan provides, as well as the security of protecting your account with Email Protection.
For those who don't want or need the extra features that come with the 'Advanced' Plan, Westnet has also provided the generous 'Extras' plan which has everything that the average user needs to be able to send and receive email from any computer connected to the internet.
