Email Forwarding on an active Westnet account

To forward all email sent to a particular Westnet email address to any other address of your choice, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into the MyEmail service with the email address you wish to forward and the associated password.
  2. Click the Options link in the side menu.
  3. Click the General link.
  4. In the Forward all mail to the following address field, enter the email address you would like emails forwarded to.
  5. If you do not want a copy of the forwarded emails to be kept in this mailbox, tick the box next to Don't deliver to this mailbox.
  6. Click the Update Preferences button.

Email Forwarding on a Closed Westnet Account

If you are wishing to close your Westnet account and have your Westnet email forwarded to a new address, please contact the Westnet Accounts Team on 1300 855 006 or via email at accounts@westnet.com.au.

Email forwarding from a Westnet email address to another Westnet email address is provided for free, however email forwarding from a Westnet email address to a non-Westnet email address is $11.00 per month.

Please note: If you have email forwarding already configured on your Westnet email address(es) through the MyEmail service, the email forward will no longer continue to work once your Westnet account is closed.
