Email Forwarding on an active Westnet account
To forward all email sent to a particular Westnet email address to any other address of your choice, please follow these steps:
- Log into the MyEmail service with the email address you wish to forward and the associated password.
- Click the Options link in the side menu.
- Click the General link.
- In the Forward all mail to the following address field, enter the email address you would like emails forwarded to.
- If you do not want a copy of the forwarded emails to be kept in this mailbox, tick the box next to Don't deliver to this mailbox.
- Click the Update Preferences button.
Email Forwarding on a Closed Westnet Account
If you are wishing to close your Westnet account and have your Westnet email forwarded to a new address, please contact the Westnet Accounts Team on 1300 855 006 or via email at accounts@westnet.com.au.
Email forwarding from a Westnet email address to another Westnet email address is provided for free, however email forwarding from a Westnet email address to a non-Westnet email address is $11.00 per month.
Please note: If you have email forwarding already configured on your Westnet email address(es) through the MyEmail service, the email forward will no longer continue to work once your Westnet account is closed.
