Files (such as images, documents etc.) can be added to your email by clicking on the Add Attachment button. You will then be presented with a number of text boxes with a browse button and remove link next to each.
To attach a file you will need to click on the Browse button. This will open another window where you will allow you to select which file you would like to attach. If you are adding an image and would like it to appear in the message body content tick the check box alongside where this appears in the add attachment window.
Attaching a file
You can attach a file when you are composing an email by clicking on Add Attachment. You will then be presented with a number of text boxes with a browse button and remove link next to each.
To attach a file you will need to click on the Browse button. This will open another window where you will allow you to select which file you would like to attach.
Finally, click the Done button to attach the image.
Insert an image
To insert an image into your email you will first need to click the Insert Image icon. This will add a place holder for your image on the email and open up a "speech bubble" with a few options. To add the image you will need to find the text box located next to the words Image URL and type the the Internet address where the image is located.
Once this is done you can then change image options such as size and where you would like it to appear within the email itself. This can be done in the image options window. The Description box allows you to add in some pop up text so that when your mouse pointer sits over the message for a few seconds the description will pop up and the Link URL text box allows you to add a website address which will open up if the image is clicked on.
