If you are moving house and wish to retain your Broadband service, or if you are simply wishing to change your Broadband service to a different telephone line or number, you will need to inform Westnet as early as possible. We will then be able to arrange to transfer your Broadband service to your new residence or telephone number.
Please be aware that disconnection and reconnection costs may be incurred therefore it is recommended to contact the Westnet Accounts Team, prior to submitting a request, to determine if such fees will apply. To request a Change of Address for your Broadband service, simply telephone Westnet Provisioning on 1300 887 387.
By Fax or Post
Complete a Change of Address Form (Broadband1 only) and then return the form to Westnet Provisioning by fax on 1300 554 160 or via email to provisioning@westnet.com.au.
