If your Broadband internet service is unavailable due to circumstances beyond your control, Westnet can provide you with access to a temporary Dialup internet service. If your Broadband connection is not operational, please contact our Technical Support Team on 1300 786 068 and they will assist you in establishing a Dialup connection.
In order to access our Dialup service, you will require a Dialup modem which Westnet is unable to provide.
Please be aware that during non-outage periods, Dialup access for Broadband internet customers is charged at $1.10 per hour. Please note that this is charged on a pro-rata basis.
