By providing your Credit Card or Direct Debit details, you are supplying Westnet with an ongoing authority to process any payments on your Westnet account as they fall due.

Updating Your Credit Card Details
If you wish to update your Credit Card details that are used for payment of your Westnet account, or if you wish to change your default payment method to Credit Card, please follow these steps:
- Log into the MyAccount service with your Westnet username and password.
- In the Billing section, click the Credit Card Details link.
- Complete the fields provided with your Credit Card details.
- Click the Submit button.
Alternatively, you may download a Credit Card Authority Form and return the completed form to Westnet.
It is important you do not email your credit card details to us.
Your credit card number, name and expiry date are all extremely sensitive pieces of information. While email is great for many situations, it is best to keep personal and highly sensitive information out of any emails you may send.
We strongly recommend that you do not email credit card information to anyone under any circumstances.
You can provide your credit card information to us safely online via MyAccount (instructions above) and by telephone or fax.
If you have any questions about using your card safely on-line, please contact your bank for guidance.
Updating Your Direct Debit Details
If you wish to update your Direct Debit details that are used for payment of your Westnet account, or if you wish to change your default payment method to Direct Debit, please follow these steps:
- Log into the MyAccount service with your Westnet username and password.
- In the Billing section, click the Direct Debit Details link.
- Complete the fields provided with your Direct Debit account details.
- Tick the checkbox once you have read and agree to the Direct Debit Terms and Conditions.
- Click the Submit button. A summary page of your Direct Debit Details will be displayed for you to review.
- If you need to make an adjustment, click the Back button. If you wish to submit the details, click the Submit button.
Alternatively, you may download a Direct Debit Authority Form and return the completed form to Westnet.
