If you have recently moved or had a change in contact details, you should update your details with Westnet as soon as possible.
To update your details online, please follow these steps:
- Log into the MyAccount service with your Westnet username and password.
- In the Account section, click on the Contact Information link.
- Click on the Change button next to each section that you wish to update.
 | Important for Broadband Customers:
If you have a Broadband service with Westnet, updating your address details through the Contact Information page does not automatically transfer your Broadband to your new premises.
If you wish to move your Broadband1 internet service, you are required to complete a Change of Address Form and return it to Westnet. Alternatively, you may contact Westnet Provisioning on 1300 887 387.
If you wish to move your Broadband2+ internet service, you will need to contact Westnet Provisioning on 1300 887 387. |
