Westnet Account Password

Your Westnet Account Password is used to access services including:

  • Managing your account details through MyAccount
  • Checking your primary Westnet email address through MyEmail (or any email client)
  • Connecting to the internet (if applicable)

If you have forgotten your main password, the following options are available to you:

  • If your Westnet username and password have been stored/saved by your browser in the Login box of MyAccount, log into the service and then follow these steps to change your password; or
  • Visit MyAccount and click the "Forgot your password?" link and follow the steps outlined to retrieve your current password
  • Contact Westnet Support on 1300 786 068 to retrieve your current password
  • Contact Westnet Accounts on 1300 855 006 to change your password


Additional Email Address Password

This password is used for accessing an additional Westnet email address through MyEmail (or any email client).

If you have forgotten your additional email address password, the following options are available to you:

  • Log into the MyAccount service with your Westnet username and main password and then click on the Emails link in the Account section. You may then click the More button next to your additional email address(es) to change the email address password
  • Contact Westnet Accounts on 1300 855 006 to change your password
    Remember

    If you change your main or additional email address password to something new, you will need to update the settings on your computer.
